Lilliana Miano-Phillips, Operations Manager

 Lilliana has been in the “City Different” since 1995, and it is the only place thus far she calls “home.” She loves how unique, intriguing, and mystical Santa Fe is—full of art and natural beauty. Lilliana grew up in Europe, studied political science, business, and law in Los Angeles, and landed in the beautiful New Mexico landscape in the mid-90s. For a couple of decades, she has successfully worked in the private sector by developing her own business, as well as others. She joined NMA in the spring of 2020 and was recently promoted to the position of budget and operations director. She says it is an absolute pleasure, privilege, and blessing to come to work every day knowing that in some way, she, alongside her colleagues, is part of the arts community canvas that is endlessly creative and enormously inspirational.
